Together with the flight instructors, you will get a first insight into how a flight works. Together you will look at the most important elements such as weather, fueling and pre-flight checks. On the plane. The instruments are explained and then you are ready to start the engine. Once all the checks have been completed, we can start. You immediately feel the connections between power, speed and control inputs.

The aim for the course is to train an EASA license holder to the level of competence necessary to enable them to act as a flight instructor and is to gain thorough knowledge and understanding on fundamental principles of teaching and learning, instructional techniques methods.  The course focuses on the candidate instructor’s maturity and judgment including their understanding of adults, behavioral attitudes, and variable levels of learning ability. It emphasis also on the role of the individual, human factors in the man–machine environment. Threat and Error Management (TEM), Crew Resource Management (CRM) including the appropriate use of behavioral markers are integrated throughout.
